A Message from The Living Tradition Board Regarding
Reopening our Concerts, Jams, and Contra Dances

We have restarted our events, although we will continue to monitor the rate of breakthrough COVID cases from both the Los Angeles County and Orange County Departments of Health.  We want to do our best to provide a safe environment for our performers, volunteers, and audience.  Thank you for your understanding and patience.

COVID Data Sources

Here are links to both LA and Orange counties’ data tables and graphs for COVID infections.  This data is updated weekly or biweekly.

For Orange County data, click on the following link, scroll down to County and Statewide Data, type Orange in the Get County Data box, and then click Get County Data.

For Los Angeles County data, the California Dance Co-Operative takes the LA County Public Health statistics and converts them to an easy-to-read format.  To view this data on a Cal Dance Co-Op webpage, click the following link:

Event Volunteers Needed

If you are interested in volunteering to help with either concerts or dances, please contact Patty McCollom at pattymccollom96@gmail.com for the concerts or Michael Frey at mfrey4mando@gmail.com for the dances.  Additionally, we need an EXPERIENCED sound technician and volunteers willing to help with event security.

We are looking forward to seeing you.

All the best,

The Living Tradition Board
